i have some cartilage problem in my left leg. sometimes it is pain now all the time, can u suggest me to do some exercises

this problem is cause because if ignorance of thigh and calf muscles during the exercise days. usually we centeralised our attention to upper parts only. the heviar they body the more problems in leg.
the best way is to walk dont run. start walking slowly for few days, if u comfortable with it increase speed. and there are good pills are there in the market. for cartilage hill. u can try that also.

Try to strengthen your calf muscle and tigh muschle so that there is not much load on cartilage. Also do good amount of walking. i have similar problme, but overcoming by above methods.
