Not that I have heard of, but it will still naturally grow. I think electrolysis is the way to go with facial hair. DO NOT do laser hair removal. Studies have been showing that lasers are taking pigment away from skin, leaving you with white blotches, plus it is not really removal, it is "reduction" meaning it doesn't last forever, and you will need repeat treatments. It is really expensive too. I have had both, and the results with electrolysis are slower, but less painful and permanent. She said on average you have to go for about a year, every few weeks, but you can space them apart as much as you want, or as much as your wallet allows you. I paid about $40 for 45 minutes of treatment, and went every 3-4 weeks. Sometimes it is less, sometimes more. But well worth it. Hope this helps!

No - it has no effect on hair growth. It can irritate your skin, though - follow instructions CAREFULLY or have it done by a professional.
