It is sad that you have nothing better else to do...
I would seriously suggest you get in the Word of God. You will feel up w/ joy, love and peace that you have never experienced.
You will not ever downgrade yourself either.
Find a good Christian church. Join a Bible Study.
Trust me, you will feel 100% better. Once you accept Jesus as your Saviour, you will never ever show your butt again to anyone unless he is your husband.

You can't realistically put numbers or percentages on parenting. Your job is 24/7 and whenever you're needed. For this instance I will let you know that it's simply going to be 100% of the time devoted.
Of course you HAVE to take care of yourself too but don't go "overboard" there. Ensure you're healthy both emotionally and physically and the rest of your life is devoted to your child.
That's what it is... that's the responsibility that you chose and it's an enormous responsibility.

The % varies according to the child's needs. No pre-set answer for this question. Consider your childhood, do you have sisters & brothers? Did every sibling receive the same amount of attention or if someone needed more due to a health problem or whatever did they get it ?
