Find a book that you like. Without looking up any words, read a page aloud every day three times. It will naturally be absorbed by your brain.
Do it religiously and you will improve in a week. Guaranteed.

Listen to English songs and watch movies in english then use the language with someone who speaks english ^^

Watch television shows in English
Listen to English music
Talk to native speakers
Read newspapers in English
Get computer programs that teach English

Many communites offer English as a second language classes in the USA. If you are in another country they probably offer English classes as well.

It's easy. Im a teacher, so i know. Trust me ;)
- Speak with ur friends in english.
- Read books in englsih.
- Listen musics n try to understnad it.
- Watch videos in englsih without the subtitle.
- Write a story in english.
- And etc.
But unfortunately.. im not a teacher HAHAHAHAHAHA im sorry. but the advices that i gave u.. ARE REAL! PLEASE.. BELIEVE ME! ;)

my dad learned how to speak english by reading the newspaper everyday and looking up the words he didnt know and then tried to use those words in his conversation so he would remember them

its simple just read indian times daily, i think its not worth to go on with some insti..and try to read atleast 5 new words a day ,and use them .

practice. watch english movies listen to music and try to prononce the words right so u can not get an accent. and you'll get there.
