I tried everything... to increase my weight. But what worked for me is, be relaxed, and happy. take life very slowly, and enjoy urself. Eat icecreams, chocolates, milkshakes, fruit juices, whenever you get a chance. Don't skip breakfast, and evening snacks. Never let your body, starve for calories. keep inputting, the first instance you feel hungry. Slowly your appetitite increases and weight too.
Now I am trying to reduce the weight :)

25 pounds thats too much anyway just eat a lot of food which is healthy and also contains fat and if you simply want to be fat without the proteins and stuff just simply eat fried stuff and all junk food.Wwell dont yoyou should think twice being fat is not so nice and if you do get bored its really difficult to reduce it

Always eat breakfast (oatmeal, eggs etc) and eat healthy ...peanut butter is a good choice also. Dont increase your weight by eating junk or fried foods that will just give you cholesterol.

Eat an extra bowl of rice a day.
Have a dessert after each meal like custard or mousse.
Have a cream soup with your evening meal like cream of chicken..

threre is a very simple method. eat lots of cheese ,paneer,sweets and drink milk.but do consult ur doctor before any step u take.
