drinking plenty of water will keep your appetite down and is good for you anyway. you can keep a bottle on you and just sip it to help with that oral habit. and, it'll help you get the nicotine out, so try lots of water.

Just saying: It's better to eat 6 little meals than 3 huge meals.
Well, instead of eating lotsa junk, reaplce that with healthy stuff: Fruits, veggies, meat, fish, etc.

you may be transferring your addiction from smoking to eating. Try drinking more water before a meal then in between meals to fill your stomach but with something your body truly needs.

drink water or eat a cracker whenever u feel hungry.. i always keep a can of crackers w/me @ work..
also have 5 small meals instead of 3 huge ones

Don't worry about your weight for now. Just worry about quitting smoking. A little fat is better than lung cancer any day. Just take one problem at a time.

tension, social stress, conversing earlier a team of persons, unknown, unfamiliar subject remember, anger, harm, unhappiness, working a trauma, inc my urge for foodstuff, that's alot of paintings.... sweating, working around, human beings yelling at you for blood, labs, equipment, and so on.
