Be up on your typing (most want 30-40 wpm) and speak clearly, especially when they ask you to read something out loud, which they will. (I've worked at many a call center in my day...)

Be ready to show the interviewer that you have great verbal skills and a great personality. But also realize that working in a call center can be quite stressful, and in a lot of cases, very boring. So, if you want the job, be sure to let the interviewer know that you handle stress very well, that you work well under pressure. Peace.

tell them that you like working with the public.,,,Duh..I read an interview where someone applying for a similar job said that he'd really like the job..but that he hated the public..LOL
