You don't say your age. If you are in your early teens, you might ask the doctor to check your Human Growth Hormone levels. Abnormally high levels can lead to giantism if not caught early. Abnormal growths of cartilage appendages...such as the ear...are an early sign. If you are not in your early teens, this is likely NOT the problem. But if you are and it turns out to be the problem, it can be easily treated.
Just a thought.

Hello,
It is normal. I met a very nice girl, she has half of her body visible larger than the other half and she doesn't have hiv or any disease like that. When i spoke to my doctor and other professional in the field, they told me that no human has perfect symmetry. if you look closely at people...half of their body is bigger than the other, or an eye is bigger than the other, even our hands are bigger than the other....
no medical conclusion can tell u that u aren't right...no human body is perfect. It might not seem like it, but you are lucky than half of your body is dramatically noticed by everyone you meet on the street....
I hope this has shed some light ...

I'm curious, since you don't give a lot of information here. Was it always that way? Is the whole ear larger, or are certain parts out of proportion? Is it a funny color? Does it feel funny?
