whats the best product for ezcema on hands?

i have bad ezcema on my hands and i switched from normal soap to dove soap then to QV soap liquid(its a none soap liquid) and i am trying to find a good lotion that will not make my hands more dry/itchy and sore.

i am in new zealand and we do not have all american products.

i am currently trying manuka honey hand cream.
