My homemade lasagna, or if I'm going out (not to offend any italians!) the Olive Garden used to make this shrimp and crab meat stuffed ravioli with a light tomato/cream sauce that was amazing. I've tried to re-create it several times and I think I've almost got it!

The hedgehog is so cute, I love it....
I love penne with pesto, I always grate a generous helping of parmesan over the top. Simple and delicious.
