I guess I probably wont lose as much, and it would take longer if this is possible. Is everything more about calories rather than fat or carbs?

you can eat everything and you can still lose weight. however, i recommend eating things that you would always see on the food pyramid. reason being you could eat 2500 cal worth of food but not neccesarily a good 2500 cal. i usually maintain a healthy diet, but always have the occasional sweets and excessive fats. yet i'm still a very physically fit person. you definitely have to combine exercise and dieting to continue losing weight. try working out before breakfast, cardio or an intesnse weight-lifting session then also try eat small consistent meals throughout the day.

ya, you've got it. you just need to burn more calories than you are taking in. people who think about all the protein, carbs, fat etc. are just making life too complicated. of course, you do want to keep fat under 30% of your calories, but that's more for a healthy heart than weight loss. i think you have the right idea and it sounds like something you will be able to stick to. a healthy well rounded diet is best.

You can eat whatever but count your calories. You can also have a night time snack as long as the calories are available.

Everybody has a different view on moderation.

I lost weight counting calories only, however, my sister lost weight counting carbs only. My other sister also counted carbs to lose weight but she didn't lose weight she lost inches which amounted to a dress size. she looked as if she lost weight. We all jogged during our weight lost.

I have been following Paul Mckenna's Easy weight loss plan,
it says to eat when you are pyhsically hungry, anything, as long as you enjoy every mouthful. there is a book with a cd called ICAN MAKE YOU SLIM. it really works I have lost a stone.and feel great.it also suggest you take mild regular excercise such as walking to help burn calories. good luck

If you eat less than you are eating now, your body won't physically be able to maintain your current weight. Therefore, you will lose weight.
