Megabus from London (Victoria, Eccleston Bridge) to Glasgow (Buchanan Bus Station). Two daytime departures and one overnight departure. Fares from £1 each way. Book on www.megabus.com

Scottish Citylink Coaches from Glasgow (Buchanan Bus Station). From memory, three daytime departiutes in winter. Their website is www.citylink.co.uk. There is a link to it from the Megabus site.

You could go by train, changing stations in Glasgow, but it will cost you an arm and a leg. Moreover, between Glasgow and Skye, the train is no faster than the coach!

Skye is a fantastic island, even in winter.
