If she was telling that to me in front of a lot of people loudly, i would be reaaly embarassed! If she was telling that in my ear i would really appreciate it, because i did not want everybody to make fun of me!

Yes, but I usually ask right away after I eat so I don't have to wait for somebody to tell me. I also tell my friends when they do and they don't mind. Try not to point it out infront of a lot of people though.

YES.
Personally, I am even happy if a stranger does it. (YES, I am embarassed. It is however preferable to walking around with the food wedgie THE WHOLE day, and only realising in the evening that everone must have been wondering why I did not clean it out.)

Ive had that happen to me and I took no offense at all. It was very much appreciated. Who would want to walk around with broccoli wedged between your teeth? Not me.

No - I would much rather such news were conveyed to me by a total stranger. But sadly, it's been a very long time since a stranger on a crowded train, or plane, offered me such a kindness...???

yes and toilet paper on the bottom of my shoe, my skirt tucked in my underwear, a booger hanging from my nose, something on my face, whatever else you can think of.
