There are several departments within the police department I can think of were you could call to start your inquiry. Now depending on the size of the police department they may or may not have these departments.
Call Internal Affairs office.
Call Public Affairs office.
Call Citizen's Review Board
Call Police chief's office
Good Luck

Since the Police Officer works for the public, this info will be available to the public, you need to contact Internal Affairs, if that is not possible, the Chief of Police.

Believe it or not, that information is not released to the public. I can tell you this, if you are a police officer, somebody WILL complain on you.

In most states, something like that is considered a personnel matter and therefore exempt from Sunshine Laws.
