No food is 'out of the question' or you have lost the battle before you start. You don't lose weight just by eating certain foods. You got to burn off what you eat. So get out more, running, cycling, swiming, whatever.

yes i can give you the best diet and you will absolutly love it.
below is a scale and if you keep to this scale you will be fineand lose weight


1 2 3, 4 5 6 7, 8 9 10 ok 1 2 and 3 means you have not etean enough 8 9 and ten is bloated 4 5 6 7 means just right you can eat what you want when you want as long as you stay in the 4567

see when you eat what you want when you want then you not actually harming the body, your not removing its nutriant and your not staving it of fat ( the main reason for weight gain) ok all of this and maybe a walk to work 1nce a week or a little walk around your local area, it will drop of in weeks

There are lots of things you can do with vegetables that isn't salad. This time of year, there are loads of lovely root veggies that you can roast with some herbs and a little olive oil. Then you can blend them into a soup or mix with some virtually fat free creme fraiche for a lovely pasta sauce.

Basically look at your portion sizes, fill up on vegetables and pulses, cut out fat and eat three meals a day. Also, have your 5 portions of fruit and veg each day as that really helps you to be full and avoid the bad things.

You'll get there!

Eat healthy stuff, drink plenty of water, sure if you try the right kind of salad you'll like it, because there is more to salads than parsnip and celery + combine with exercise.
Soon be a happier, slimmer you I'm sure

energy in more than energy out = weight gain
energy in less than energy out = weight loss

So if you want to loose weight, eat less and be more active.

A retired GP friend gave me the best advice ever for general health.

Don't smoke
Eat a varied diet as little processed as possible.
Eat the quantity that keeps you at a weight you are happy with.
Be moderately physically active.
Drink alcohol only moderately.

This will enable you to be healthy and active for the longest time throughout your life, it will not give you a cat walk model type figure

The shelves and shelves of diet books in the shops are nearly all a wast of time.

If you don't like salad - try vegetable soup. You can pretty much eat as much as you want as long as you don't put cream in it! Have a large bowl of soup (much cheaper and healthier if you make it yourself!) at lunch time and that should keep hunger pangs away until your evening meal. Fill yourself up with veg and rice in the evening with a little of something you like and drink lots of water.

Eating foods that make you feel full, but are not full of fat; wholemeal pitta bread and pasta are very good for this.
Diet is only one half of the weight loss equation though, you need an exercise program that will speed up your metabolism and thus burn more calories.

Don't start eating foods which you dont like as you wont lose any weight as ul be on your diet for a couple of days then give it in...

Eat sensibly.. but dont cut out foods completly you really like.. just cut down on them...

this way ul lose weight and you wont even notice..

im the same i get sick eatin some healthy foods but iv joined weight watchers 3 wks ago and already hav lost over 6pounds and u can eat all the stuff u like as long as u stick yo ur points allowance

Well, eat as much as you need to. Don't eat too much of Oil, Butter,Cheese. And control your mind. You can eat some outside food once in a while. Don't worry exercise!!!
