After being in the same situation when i was in my last year of school, i found it quite difficult to try and lose lots of weight while studying. However i did manage to a about 5 kgs in about 2 months. The way i did it was by incorporating music into study and exercise. This helped me alot. I would listen to 1 CD per subject and only listen to that CD while studying that particular subject. Every hour or 2 i would get up and go for a walk, jog or bike ride still listening to the same music. I found that is got me motivated to jog a little further or harder because of the beat, but also helped my memory of the subject i was studying because subconsciously the music was linked to the subject. It also helped because when it came to the exams, and i got stuck, i just started singing a little bit of a song in my head and it would jog my memory from studying :)

I hope that made sense to you.

Make sure that you drink plenty of water and eat lots of fruit and veggies instead of soft drinks and crisps.. they are the biggest thing to be tempted by!

Well, You can exercise and have fun. You can play Basket Ball for half an hour. Or you can go swimming. Exercise slowly, don't start suddenly, or else you will surely feel tired!!!
