95240sx se. two questions actually....Im going to need a new differential before long any suggestions on where i can get one? Also Im interested in swapping out my headlights for the r32 however i need to know first if the wirings a plug and play, the brackets for removal-do they require me to pull off my bumper?

The bumper cover has to be removed because your going with Silvia Lighting which Should plug in to the H-4 light bulp with your wireing harness the side marker wiring might work too.

for the differential, i would check the junkyard because some of those cars just crash but the parts in them are still good. for the headlights, you probably dont need to remove the bumper but if you want the diagrams for it, then go online and you might need a chiltons book or something like that where it shows all of that. You should be able to find everything for that headlight job online.
