My ex treated me like absolute crap. Accused me of cheating, was controlling, and even refused to visit me in the hospital when I had surgery. Now he went off to college (I'm a year older,) and he's with a girl. He was saying to a mutual friend of ours that he thought I was cheating with my soldier friend, so we decided to actually let him think we got together. I have to deal with mother, and so does my mother, and she keeps asking about my dating life so her son knows! I told my mom to tell her the same thing I told him, but is it wrong to do this?

tell him to grow up...shut his mouth and stop accusing you. Once and for all, tell him that you NEVER cheated him when you were together.
