you and 2/3 of the rest of the country. There are no easy answers, except eat less/exercise more, and nobody wants to hear that.

Talk to your parents about this.
Diets are useless for any sustained weight loss.
You need to work out regularly at a high level.
Try running 2 miles a day, 6 days a week(or farther when you can).
Get a great pair of running sneakers.
Get clothes that keep you cool while working out.
Don't get discouraged.

cardio cardio cardio, you are going to need the mental fortitude to do it, but its entirely possible. you can't be so self-conscious about yourself when it comes to dieting. you need to set a plan up and stick w/it. trust me it's very difficult in the beginning on working out and sticking to a diet but over the coming weeks and months you'll soon reallize its not that hard. plus you'll soon start getting sick whenever you do go out for that fast food lunch and feel guilty after eating the mid-afternoon snickers. you'll defnitely need to run and get your heart rate up and stay consistent for at least 30-45 minutes and SWEAT.

Did you ask your Doctor about this? Belly fat is hard to lose and the last to lose when you are dieting.
