well, any activity that may have been going on there has bee relocated since all the public has been made aware of Area 51's existence. So, as far as I'm concerned, it is just a name used in movies. I'm sure nothing has been going on there for a few decades.

Top secret military research, but since all the loonies have been hanging around so much, the military has moved the major parts of their operation elsewhere. I have no idea what you base your assumption on but the stelth fighter, stelth bomber and F-22 raptor are all products of Area 51 testing

I don't know, but I would like to where the Military has teams of scientists and mechanical engineers thinking up the things they think up, I know Lockheed Martin and that.. but I would hope we are looking into self protection, not company protection... we got the resources... why not use them?
