Hi Emma. Tea no sugar 4 me, with 2 custard creams! Obviously, you're very busy at your desk aren't you? But hey! this is a big dilemma. If I was you, I'd draft a circular immediately around the office. Get the MD involved because this is mega important stuff. Sod the global warming issues and Iraq, you need to get this lunch issue resolved pronto! My suggestion would be to marry 2 slices of toast, each coated with a liberal application of low fat spread for the health conscious (am a Clover man meself) sandwiching a fine combination of 2 skinless George Forman'd sausages, chopped mushrooms, and a sliced tomato. No naughty ketchup but ok, I'll let you have a little Dijon muzzy just to give it that je ne sais you know what! Bon appetit x

thanks for the offer of a cuppa, been thinking about what you could have for lunch. Of course depends on what you like but how about some lovely hot soup, you wont want a healthy cold salad on a day like this - homemade of course would be best but obviously if you're at work shop-bought will have to do. There are loads of kinds to choose from and a healthy wholemeal roll to go with it. Hope that sounds tasty.

Have noodles with Schewzwan vegetables. It is harmless, delicious and I am sure you won't go to sleep after having this lunch rather you will feel more energetic to work in the office. Have a good day, Ms. Emma!

A cup of tea will go down nicely thanks white one sugar if it’s not too much trouble, for lunch have a baked potato with butter, beans and cheese and for the healthy bit have a side salad.
Oh and a nice slice of lemon meringue pie with a small dollop of cream for pudding.

I nice cup of tea would be nice, with a choc chip hobnob.
For lunch you should have sushi. A bit expensive, maybe, but light and tasty, and surprisingly filling. Go on - have a treat.

Good Morning A nice MUG of tea please ( must be a MUG) and an early lunch or late breakfast of crispy bacon and runny egg in a crusty roll and brown sauce.
or if you want to be very posh how about crispt bacon layered with avacardo and tomato with a little chilly in ceapes.

Coffee with skim milk would be lovely, thanks.
I suggest a large tossed salad with a grilled boneless chicken breast for lunch, with fresh fruit or yogurt for dessert. Yum!
