Jose, I know a couple of things about suicide. They say that most people who commit suicide talk about it first. People don't take them seriously or don't do anything to help them. They don't always though. My best friend shot himself in the head. I never saw it coming. He never hinted. But back to you. Listen, I'm not qualified to help you. Look in the phone book. Look on line. Call an operator. Find the number to a suicide hot line. Call from a pay phone if you're afraid they'll trace the call. Now the person who answers your call knows a lot about suicide. They probably had a friend or family member who killed themselves. Let me just say this Jose. The pain a person causes the people he leaves behind it immense. HUGE. Please don't punish them when you can get help for yourself. OK? Bear the burden so they don't have to.

I don't think you are necessarily suicidal, you are just thnking about your death. Everyone does at some time or another. If you have a reason that you want to die, talk to someone and get help with the problem. This world is crap sometimes but there ain't a damn thing worth killing yourself over. You are a better man to work your problems out. Suicide is a cowardly way to go.

Your not suicidal..Everyone on this planet thinks to themselves at some point or another..."I just want to get it over with"..etc. Your a liar if you say the thought has never crossed your mind. You think your wierd for planning your death? I've already picked out my casket and my headstone, and I'm 35 years old with no health problems. Just remember.. the thoughts enter your mind randomly and it's whether or not you act upon those thoughts that make you sane or insane. Just don't act upon those thoughts. If you have a thing for death, then become an embalmer or funeral director. If you think your going to act upon those thoughts, then please seek mental help....Grass is not always greener on the other side. Best of luck to you!!!!

Depending on your age and where you're at in life, I think a certain amount of that is "normal". Part of it could be just from boredom or lack of purpose/direction...especially as you say "I don't know why". I think feelings like you describe mostly come from feelings of hopelessness.
My advice (since you asked *wink*): Find things that interest you...that really get you going...find your "bliss". What turns you on? What makes you tick? What makes you happy to get out of bed in the morning? Make it your goal to find that.
If you truly believe you are suicidal, you should find someone qualified to talk to. There's no shame in talking.

If you've been thinking about this for 3 months then I believe you need to talk to someone. Call a suicide hotline or get in touch with a guidance counselor if you are in school.

Maybe you have something that troubles you but you hide it inside and your thoughts (although you say you don't know where they came from) of sicide come out. It would be good to a therapy and see what really troubles you. Did you have stressful times lately? Don't delay your problem it might just grow. Hope everything goes fine!!!! All the best!
