It all depends where you are from ! if you are in an area where English is used , then it is easy . You have to read good newspapers, magazines and books in English, then try writing and get feedback from people with command over English ! If you are from an area where there is less usage of English , then you have to be a part of a community focussed on learning , talking and sharing emotion in English ! There are so many ways- watch TV serials in English, Hollywood movies, internet, watching news etc.

Chat, IM or Email native English speakers (who have good grammar and punctuation skills) for practice, and let them know it's OK to correct you if you mess up.

Try to write more without any grammatical errors. Have the practice of creative writing. read and correct yourself through the mistakes you commit. if you ask your superiors or faculties they may indicate where you lag behind. websites like nonstopenglish.com and englishclub.com may help you.
good luck
