Ah man...this is such a tough one!!! I know...it is SOOO hard to get over someone , Its like they have taken a piece of your heart so you feel like a half hearted person when they're out of your life!! Its really hard... The things that I have learnt that can help you to get over someone (although please remember every one is different and you may need different things) but for me: Distance!!! put distance between yourself and the other person. I find it SOO much harder if you have to always see / speak to the person you're trying to get over. So have NO contact for at least a month or so. That way there is WAY more chance of being friends afterwards cos there's none of that ugly emotional back and forth in those innitial emotional few weeks. Secondly (here comes the biggest cliche of all time but I swear its true ... :) TIME HEALS! I know, I know you don't want to hear it and you don't believe it cos of how you're feeling right now but it is TRUE. Give it time. and Thirdly (this bit is something that REALLY helps me) just allow yourself to FEEL WHAT YOU FEEL if that makes sense. Go through the emotions: feeling sad? well feel sad cos you deserve it! dont bottle it up or pretend you're fine if you're not! emotions NEED to be experenced so that you can move on - so feel sad / angry / regretful / hurt etc as you feel them and that will help your heart to heal. all the best...

Because when you have so much feelings and love for someone then one day its over its hard to come to trems with it and you dont know how to carry on without them in your life.

But remember that they will all ways be with you as your never forget them and it does get easyer with time so cry like you have never cryed before your feel so much better and it will do you good trust me we have all been there in one way or the other :)

Also remeber the good times you had even know it came to an end life goes on and you will meet someone new within time

Good luck

It's hard to get over someone especially if u have been with them for awhile.. You just think you'll never find someone else and ur scared of being lonely... ur used to the attention and now its gone and u miss it.. try hanging out with ur friends alot more... find something to do to keep you occupied...

Only time will heal you. Try to find things that make you happy and are good for you. I know this doesn't help right now, but trust me I have been dumped many times and have gotten through it. You shouldn't have any contact with each other for a few months. That makes it much easier to heal and have closure.

you'll get over someone but it takes time. but of course you'll not forget her in just one click. what you have to do is make yourself busy, hang out with friends watch movies with them or a new hobby will make you busy. there are a lot of girls out there so maybe you're not meant for each other. meet girls, date them, then if i were you don't start committing yourself to someone. enjoy you life with your family and friends. ENJOY LIFE while you're young!!!!!!!!

the way to get over someone is not to run away from reality...
the usualy way was to avoid all stuff ya done w that person... but face it instead... in no time, ya'll feel so tired of it... and things juz goes away!

We tend to not to break our comfort zones.Good or bad. This may explain why some people want to remain in abusive relationships.
