i have lost 25 lbs since July 1 and here's how I do it. During the week, i eat very sparingly, trying to follow a low carbohydrate diet. i eat small portions,but I also drink beer, and pretty much eat what I want, just small portions. If I'm going to pig out, Ido it on saturdays, and I generally will keep my weight gain to 1-2 pds maximum. On mondays, I go right back to watching carefully what I eat. I also weigh myself EVERY day, this keeps you in check. My original weight was 243 1/2, I now weight 218, and my goal is 210. Boy that last 8 or 9 pds is a killer to get off. I guess I need to start exercising again, walking over a period of time will drop 5 to 10 pds easily.

right here on Yahoo Answers. Cut out sugar, use Equal. (or something like it) no fried foods. all the veggies and fruit you want. eat lean meats. and don't purposely put salt on your food.Drink lots of water. When you eat, you can have a slice of pizza, just not the WHOLE pizza ! and watch out for breads, starches, noodles, the carbohydrates. They'll puff you up like a loaf of bread.

the best way of weight loosing is yog(yoga).u believe or not but it really works .
no other thing can help u in weight reducing .try it just for 15 days u will see +ive results.

stop consumtion of faty foods.stop using oil more,have light food for lunch and dinner.dont use alcohol too bcasuse it will make fatty
