What planet have you been living on? Courteous bus drivers in London? Not even when they were horse drawn!

It is just that the traffic is so much more backed up now and they are in that mess for a full shift.

Of course they get ratty quickly. It is a heck of a strain to compete with the timetable, other drivers and the complete idiots you so often see in charge of cars, bikes lorries etc.

First: Not all of them like that.Even few of them are immigrants. So?! In my area I have the most AMAZING Bus drivers (Kingston Upon Thames) and I did use buses a lot before pass my driving test. yes, we did have ONE who thought that he is at Formula 1 instead of route 465 but I didn't see him for a very long time. And as a driver I more aware of the school kids on the bikes: they are a big danger.

No, nothing to do with nationality, but perhaps if you were to understand that these people are constantly subjected to abuse, threats, aggression and are spat on you might see why their driving might suffer. Don't think this happens because of their attitude. I witnessed a bus driver being spat on purely because he politely asked a passenger to pay his fare. The passenger concerned was thrown off the bus by other passengers and left in no doubt the risk he faced if he ever used a bus again with that attitude.

We are a very selfish society these days, it is one of the less palatable side effects of the modern life here we have ALL helped to create. As for immigrants, can we blame the selfish ones that don't give a shite about others, after all this is one of the reasons that they come here, they fit in well!

'You must be the change that you want to see in the world', follow Gandhi's path, the world, this country and the shite hole we like to call London, are all the result of OUR endeavours, if you don't like the way that it is going, stand up and be counted, DO something about it!

Buses have strict timetable to adhere to believe it or not, so that may be why they appear to bully all other vehicles. Yes a lot of drivers are now foreign and some cant even speak English, cheap labour for the bus companies of course.

the reason we think this is because if the bus drivers don't just go for it they could be sat there all day nobody lets them out but what people forget is that bus driver are on a time table so they cant just sit there until some one finally lets them out!!!! give them a break!

Don't get me started on bus drivers! I think they all go to a special bus driving school where they are taught to be ignorant, rude and dangerous - regardless of where they are from.
