I would love it if my soul mate was a virgin when i met him. A good sexual relationship builds up in a trusting and loving relationship so no she won't be dissapointed.

Honestly i would be glad to know that i am the first for everything! I think virginity is something some people take lightly ideally i think people should wait until they are married but in the real world it doesnt happen and people end up with regrets.
Experience isnt everything if you both can learn together and gain experience that way then why not i think it is lovely to hear of a man happy to wait.
My reaction would be of delight knowing i am the first and he is mine (if that is the case). If she loves you then why would she be disappointed?
Keep waiting dont do something you may regret...

As long as you prepare yourself for the possiblility that you may not be together forever, regardless of how you feel initially, also I think that it depends a lot on your age. If you are going to wait until you are 18 or 21 that's probably a good idea. If, however, you are thinking of waiting until you are 30 or older - that's a hell of a lot of action you're missing out on! When I look back at my life I only regret the things I didn't do, not those I did, and at the end of the day, if someone really loves you it shouldn't matter whether youv'e had partners before or not.

i lost a loved one 7 yrs ago. There was no one nighters or casual dating since. I was waiting for the right person to come along, then after waiting all those years i met my soul mate, it was worth the wait and it feels even more special, it will be better to learn and experiment with someone you love and trust

hmmmmm........i think its really sweet. one thing though, make sure this girl is really into you too because telling a girl that 'you' think is your soul mate that you want to give it up to her is too much pressure on someone who doesnt have the same feelings. they might feel stuck with you afterwards because they dont want to hurt your feelings and for you to have wasted your virginity on them. dont even tell your soul mate when you find her that you are a virgin. keep it strictly a secret. that way when you're not pushing her into having sex she'll either respect you so much more or she'll leave you in which case will have gotten rid of the wasters of your time.

You can create any experience you want when you find the right person. You will not regret the choice to wait to have sex. Althouhg i'd be careful about this "soul mate" approach.. why don't you just look for a great relationship first.

I think I would be really flattered if someone saved themselves for me - although as a 31 year old woman, it might be a bit weird now.
My main concern is the pressure that you are putting on yourself to find your 'soulmate'. Try not to build up an impossible ideal in your mind - no one will live up to it and you'll always be disappointed as humans are flawed, its what we do. If I were you, I would relax, keep and open mind and you never know what will walk into your life.

I think it would be wonderful but of course it would depend on the girl and your ages most likely. I didn't see prior post so don't know your age. Most individuals might think a 30 year old virgin is a freak. But it's about your morals and how you feel. I think they are groups of individual dating site etc. that cater to people with similar goals.

Sorry but I honestly think all of that is a load of shite.. the soulmate, the saving yourself. Do it if it makes you happy but personally, I believe that if there is such a thing as a 'soul mate' then sex has a large part in that being the case.

If she feels the same way you'll always be soul mates! If she's negative about it you should be glad you waited and move on to your real soul mate!
