All round Australia, all round Argentina. A week's worth of backpacking in Chicago, Los Angeles, and Rome. A few days doing backpacker stuff in Washington, Boston and Las Vegas. More backpacker type exploring around all of Morocco and South Africa.
I also want to see and do everything that Lisbon has to offer, as I felt cheated the last time I went there - I was robbed and cleaned out of money and credit cards on my first full day there, and had to come home early.
I was in the travel section of a bookshop yesterday and the Lonely Planet Guide to Istanbul fell off the shelf in front of me. I picked it up and had a read...the place has captured my imagination.

Probably Alaska. I would like to have a holiday where I could just keep going until I had visited everything place in the world. It would be nice to stop for a few days where you found the place beautiful and interesting and only a few hours where the place looked and felt horrible.

Anywhere tropical and beautiful,
with interesting people,
and interesting places to see.
Exquisite and exotic animals,
that no zoo could tame,
and can only truly be enjoyed
in their own habitat and home.
With food so appetising that once
you've tried it, you'll never go back.
Where money is no object
and you are welcomed as
if you were family.
In the lap of luxury,
on a new and exciting quest
for knowledge!
America, Europe, Asia, Australia and the Arctic
Anywhere that I have not
yet discovered!

Antarctica.. seriously... having been to Alaska I would love to go there.. but it is seriously expensive from what I have heard. Failing that then it would almost certainly have to be a highly unusual destination such as: The Polynesian islands or Tonga, Somoa, Bhutan, Tibet or Namibia.
