the buttons on the door does not work what could be wrong

fuse...check the owners manual for the panel location, should have a spare in there.

If none of the windows work, you should check for a blown fuse somewhere in the fusebox. It should be labeled in the fuse box lid or the manual. If only one window is not working... might be the actual motor, or the mechanism, or the button...
