difficult. I knew one guy who grew up traveling around Europe and he spoke about 15 languages. But you are older, so you would have to study.
Go live in the country where the language is spoken. You will learn faster.

its supposed to be hard to learn a language past the age of 12, but you could probably learn snippets of languages

Maybe. I'm 14 and I can speak 7 languages, english, korean, mandarin, indonesian, malay, france, and spanish. how many languages can you speak right now?
