Fry Daddy Chicken

You cook it till it floats, but I don't like my fry daddy. It tends to cook to cook on the outside faster than the inside. For chicken anyway. My fried pork chops cook fine. Grease gets hotter in a fry daddy, because you cannot adjust the temp.

My fry Daddy booklet says to cook chicken for 15 mins. or til it is golden brown. I wouldn't cook them any longer, because they will really be hard.

I would say 15 min would be plenty long enough. I would use a small product thermometer and check them at 12 min. They need to be at least 170 deg F in the thickest part of the meat.
