Well I think that you should do it whenever you feel its right, try to understand how she feels about the relationship and be totally sure that saying the words girl friend won`t freak her out!! And most importantly, when you decide you should do it make it special but at the same totally unexpected! Don't ask her outside her door or in the car or in her house.. try the beach, a place where you can see a nice sunset or something romantic like that! Surprise her, she will remember it for the rest of her life!

Is she responding back to you, is her interest in you as keen as yours is in her? If you honestly feel that it is ask her if she would consider being your girl. Keep it light, remember to breath and be ready for any answer. If she just wants to date or hang out. Thats ok it could be her family has rules, or other reasons yet to be explained. Single people are single until married, and often some people forget that. Going steady is play marriage only, and well rather odd.

After a few dates you can stop and smell the roses and see how she really feels about you. You should let her know how you feel about her. Then you see if she only wants to date you excusively.

The absolute most perfect time is when you first have sex with her... The best time to ask is right as you are pulling out....assuming things went well!!!!
