A translated Quran is called a "Translation of the Quran". It cannot be called "the Quran" as Quran is only in Arabic and cannot be otherwise.
But to answer, I would guess that the first "Translation of the Quran" was Farsi (Persian) as the Persians were early Muslims, but were not Arabic speakers.

The HOLY QURAN is in arabic only. The rest are all translations of the holy quran, and not the holy quran.

it was first translated into gobbldygook, then into arabic. that's why nobody understands it. one is a language nobody knows, then it was translated into a language of scribbles nobody can read. no wonder it makes no sense.
