I am an Ethiopian Edu. Psychologies; Teaching In a new University. How can I get a scholarship abroad?

If available, I don't choose the location. What I need is getting my PhD especially in the area of Measurement and Evaluation.

I am Ethiopian abroad. The best thing for you to do will be to look for the scholarships in embassy's in Addis . Most Embassy's have scholarship programs which any one could apply. U can directly go to the embassy and ask for information most have it.
