i've been several times to the doctor but they say it's just an inflamation. but it's getting worse.

Sounds like post-nasal drip (PND), where an irritation, like an allergy, causes dripping from the nasal cavity into the back of the throat. This becomes inflamed, without becomming infected. The way to see if it is PND is to take an anti-allergy treatment to dry you up (teldane, claratyne, or similar). Also check the area where you sleep for dust accumulation in corners, under the bed, carpets etc, this could also be a source of chronic nasal irritation.

Go to a different doctor. It never hurt to get a second opinion. Maybe your first doctor is wrong.
