Do a Yahoo search for WindowsBlinds, it's a download that will let you use free themes, and you can find the actual themes at the Microsoft website (or do a search for those too).

My friend use Google search. Enter words like free wallpapers, screensavers, desktop themes. U will get lot of wesites. No need to download it, just open it in full screen & make copy & paste in your particuler folder.
