As simplistic and weird as that questions is, I have to admit that it is actually quite thought provoking. My answer would be no, however, because although you can hallucinate a therapist...you can't hallucinate the years of training that come along with becoming one. A schizo could also think he was a car or a heart surgeon but would never be able to run 75 mph or do open heart surgery.

No, I just hallucinate things that would hurt me or scare me. Schizophrenia usually preys on your worst fears or speaks to you (with auditory hallucinations) in a derrogatory way. I have not had any "good" hallucinations, and I've been "sick" for a looonnnng time.
