no, he can't take on other people's antibodies.
He may have been born with the anitbodies, ie his mother may have been vaccinated when she was pregnant. that would mean that the anitbodies passed into him when they shared the same blood.

No you can not get the ABs from having oral sex. You can get the disease from oral sex. which would be tested with AG (antigens). Have your friend get tested for a Comprehensive Hepatitis Panel. That will determine weather or not he has a current or latent infection. In the meantime and always Practice SAFE SEX, oral or otherwise.

i dont know but he should be more careful who he fools around with.If he knew his partner had hepB then they both should have found out what it meant to have the disease before having any kind of sexual contact.Everybody should keep up to date with their vaccinations so there is a lower risk of contamination in these situations!

he HAS been infected 100 %.you can not get the antibodies, you can only get the infection & your body will develop the antibody.
