i live in san francisco CA I am 19years old
a month ago. I was caught by IUSP....
that day, i used the youth pass
(because i am very afraid) so I false to show my id to him
the Traffic violated was:
127 TC evade fare
128(a) TC False identification
128(e) TC Misuse of ticket
they want me to appear in court
so ... i wanna know what will they do in my cause
will they mark sth in criminal record ....
pls help me ....thz a lot

In Florida if you use a false ID and it happens to be of the name of a real person it's an additional charge of Identity theft.
So if you want to commit crime, be proud and use your real name.

too bad for u.however, all your violations small so they will ask you money for it but they will be written in your record but not as a criminal just incase u redo it again.also, don't worry a bout most of us had done some or all your violations its not that big deal... wish u all the luck..show sorrow in your face in the court and be polite to them and everything will be alright I promise..

Plead no contest and see if they'll keep it off your record if you stay good 4 a year.
