No, they do not.
Perhaps the women had a point to make - what was on the flyers?

Some fudamentalist Christian women wear a head covering. Some of those head coverings might look- to a Muslim- about the same as hijab, and others look completely different. A veil over the face is not a Christian tradition at all except by the bride in a wedding ceremony. Head coverings in all religious traditions are only the traditions of humans groups to distinguish themselves from other groups of humans. These things are not and have never been a commandment from God. Christians can quote the apostle Paul and Muslims can cite hadith, but no person can show that God requires a woman to cover her head.

Yes, some do. In the early years of Christianity, all Christian women covered their hair. Jewish women used to cover themselves also. Take a look at a picture of the Virgin Mary. Every century or so, some more hair creeps out, but in early statues and paintings, her hair is covered. For the most part, few Christian women wear head-coverings today except for Catholic nuns, Many Orthodox Christian women and many Coptic Christians in Egypt. A group of one of these are probably what you saw.

Some middle eastern Xtians do. They might have been Maronites,an odd species of Catholics, that would make the mass notices make sense.
here is a wikipedia link if it helps

Sounds a bit odd, but why not? I wouldn't, they look a bit too hot and claustrophobic to me.
