2 tbspground black pepper30 mL
2lemons, zest only2
1/4 cupchopped fresh thyme, or one tbsp (15 mL) dried50 mL
1/4 cupfresh garlic50 mL
1/4 cupfresh rosemary, or one tbsp (15 mL) dried50 mL
2 tbspfresh sage, or two tsp (10 mL) dried30 mL
2 tbspcoarse black pepper30 mL
1 tbspsalt15 mL
Both are great and totally different flavors.

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

2 Tablespoons paprika
1 Tablespoon chili powder
1 Teaspoon cumin
1 Teaspoon coriander
1 Teaspoon sugar
1 Teaspoon salt
1/2 Teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 Teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
mix all ingredients together and use as desired to rub on meats before
grilling.

McCormick has an awesome one. Grill Mates...Montreal Steak. They also have some for chicken. It's on the seasoning (baking)aisle. There is also a liquid marinade for grilling where the BBQ sauces are. Jack Daniels puts it out. It comes in it's own bag already. All you do is open the bag, put the meat in, reseal it and leave it there till you are ready to grill. Real good stuff.

Makes 1 cup
1/4 cup coarse salt (sea or kosher)
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
1/4 cup sweet paprika
3 tablespoons black pepper
1 tablespoon garlic flakes
1 tablespoon onion flakes
1/2 to1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon celery seeds
Ive used this one a lot it is excellent!!!!

Actually I don't think I live close enough for you to try mine, but Durkee has what they call a Grill Creation, St. Louis style, Peppery Mustard seasoning, that is great on any meat.
It has mustard, salt, black pepper, garlic, onion,red pepper, soy sauce, and other spices in it.
