You probably do need rehab, but take your punishment like a man. By driving drunk, you put your own life and the lives of many other people in jeopardy. It was a stupid thing you did and you ought to serve your time and learn from your mistakes.

It would ultimately be up to a judge but you would have a better chance it you went ahead and started the rehab program. That way when you go to court you can say you are already in it instead of you are going to get in. Also you should think about going ahead to DUI school for the traffic violations. Getting this done with before court will look good for you and show you are serious about the offense.

Well if it's your second dui I'm assuming you either already went or was offered a chance before to go to rehab? If already gone, then you may get a heavier sentence and they may permanently suspend your driver's license. I would definitely have my lawyer ask the judge about it tho.; It sounds like you have a problem with alcohol tho.,you need to take the que and get some real help, if it happens again you could kill somebody, yourself or be in a worse situation.

it illegal for anyone except a attorney to give legal advice so this isnt legal advice its up to the judge you could get an attorney or if it true the judges are more likely to do that if you just pleade gilty at the first trial date just to get the cases over with fast so you might ask the judge if you pleade guilty if you could do that you have nothing to loose if your not hireing a attorney or useing a public defender which is free

Coming from someone whose best friend was killed by a drunk driver 1 month before her 17th birthday. If you're going risk people lives by drinking & driving Go to jail & sober up or would you rather go or send someone else to the cemetary.
