Just run after him and handcuff him and tell him "Your under arrest you stupid bigfoot person you! You think you're all that because your feet are like 13 inches long, but your not!" Hopefully he can understand English, otherwise you'll have to do your best with talking "Bigfoot." Hopefully you are not in the California area, the last thing I would want to see is a big Bigfoot galloping around, and how about a nice big bigfoot face looking at you through your window? Not a good sign.
