I felt like that almost everyday a while ago. Except that all I did was sleep, it was the only way to not feel the pain. But I was still tired too. And I also felt like I was going to die or pass out. And it just felt like I had no control of my body and everything was overwhelming me. Then when I went to the doctor's I felt fine. But sometimes now I feel the symptoms again..even though I know it's just anxiety I convince myself it's something else. Don't know if it ever goes away..

Well, an anxiety IS "something really wrong" with you. It is just as serious as a heart condition or cancer. If you were diagnosed, I presume that you were also given medication. If you do not see any results with the meds please go back to whomever diagnosed you. Anxiety can also be a part of a variety of other mental illnesses, so be sure you are telling your doc ALL of your symptoms.

I have been diagnosed with it, but the fact is that I was just stressed out and needed sleep. Everybody experiences anxiety at some point in there life. It is called growing pains.

Anxiety sucks!!!!! That is the only way that I can put it. I am Bipolar and have anxiety along with it. I told my Psychiatrist about it and he put me on Xanax. The only problem with that is that Xanax can be very addictive.

If you feel anxious tell your doctor. There are a number of drugs that they can put you on to help ease your symptoms.

Some of them are Klonapin, Ativan, Xanax and they all work pretty well but that is up to your doctor.

Don't suffer needlessly honey, life is to short to feel anxious all of the time. Ask your doctor about some of these drugs. Good Luck

My cousin has it. She says Xanax helps, but makes her a bit sleepy.
