I think Monster is truly the best because unlike other drinks
it keeps my energy up for a long time and when it starts to wear off I don't get tired imediately to the point where I want to pass out on the couch as I'm watching tv or something.
Also, unlike Red Bull and Rockstars it doesn't have a wierd taste after you drink it.
But hey, that's just my opinion.

Well, the ones you can get in the market have their side effects.
They have got chemicals which are very harmful.
The best you can do is that drink hot milk with honey in it.
It will give you instant energy and is good for sex-life too.

Be careful, you might be allergice to some of the ingredients/combos that these drinks use. Better yet don't use any if you can help it.
