Hi....to become a s/w professional first of all you must have some technical degree preferably related to computers, even if u have done ur engg in some non-it branch u can go for professional courses like mainframe, As-400, software testing etc. There are so many institutes like MAPLES ESM TECHNOLOGIES , Seed Infotech , who are providing these professional courses, and they also arrange placement interviews in their institute , so u need not to roam around with ur certificates. so gud luck

DOB and Birth time won't do anything to become a software engineer. If you have strong skill on which area you want to work (ie. JAVA, C, C++ etc) will get you a good job. If you take effort soon you will get good job in software companies.

for that u will need to apply on a job site and make sure your resume is impressive enough to get yourself a good job..
I don't think DOB and Time play that much of a difference...
