Caffeine free coke is not harmful from the caffeine point of view because it got none.

However:

it is bad for the teeth and can cause caries (cavities)

it is bad for the body's energy storage system and excess can predispose to diabetes (type II) and this would give rise to a whole bunch of other illnesses - diabetes is a bad thing to get, believe me!

Is it better to drink caffeine free coke than regular ones? I'm not sure. I guess if you are worried about the caffeine - then yes. I drink a bit of coffee here and there so I don't mind caffeine in my coca cola. But I drink coca cola rarely, maybe once a week or so.

that would help with the added weight, sure. do away with the cokes and drink effortless water once you're thirsty and milk along with your nutrients. Coke has no nutritional value to it--that's empty energy. sure, it tastes stable, in spite of the incontrovertible fact that it does not do something healthy for you. Make it a particular take care of and not an afternoon-to-day incidence. once I grew up, we by no potential drank any soda different than with pizza on Fridays. i discover that that's particularly person-friendly to drink soda with today's way of existence, in spite of the incontrovertible fact that that's no longer an exceedingly healthy decision. It supplies you that burst of capability yet then is accompanied in an prolonged time with leaving you feeling variety of blah and drained.
