Just try to take fresh foods and fresh fruits, milk and vegetables. You can also take non -veg but fresh and from a good shopping center.Dont take any junk food, fried etc.In the morning you take milk and any cereals and then one boiled egg or potched egg and one fruit. Then if you like you can have tea or coffee--with which you are comfortable with.During lunch you can have Chappatty and veg curry and tea.Inbetween you can have any sandwitch. In the evening you can have first a veg .soup and then rice and lentil soup any veg and fish or chicken or mutton.then one fruit----And you just do and if you are ok then go with this otherwise just change according to your timings and necessity and availibility.Dont take junk food.Suppose you can not manage to make any thing --then boiled all the vegetables and take it with slight cholestrol free butter.Like this.

Well, cut back on the sweets and junk. Eat more fruit and vegetables, lean proteins (chicken and turkey), fish and whole grains. If you must snack (I'm a huge snacker, so I sympathize), eat healthier snacks. I cut up apples; buy 100 calorie backs of popcorn, Triscits, frozen yoghurt and baked potato chips; eat grapes and berries instead of pieces of candy; and drink as much water as I can, sometimes adding lemon juice when I want some flavour. Eat smaller meals, about 500 calories, and healthy snacks in between. Exercise is the most useful habit you can pick up. Get into the habit of exercising every day, even if it's something as simple as taking the stairs instead of the elevator. And if you do break down and eat a candy bar or a bag of chips, don't beat yourself up. Focus on how you can work off the calories and stop yourself from giving in again. Maybe get a workout buddy or someone you can lose weight with so you can encourage and support each other. Losing weight means making lifestyle changes, and that is hard; but you've realized you have a problem and are taking the right steps toward fixing it. You should be very proud of yourself, and I'm sure you can make yourself prouder. Good luck!

I am also fat in my olden days. But now ia becoming lean, because i followed a natural medicine, it has no side effects. It is "JUST SMELL THE BANANAS (PLANTAINS) OR THE GREEN-COLORED APPLES OFTENLY (but dont eat) NEARLY 7 TIMES IN A HOUR"
So,please follow this method and you will free from your fat soon.
Please avoid eating all those fried foods, choclates( Since it contains more amount of carbohydrate),wafers, junk foods etc etc.
The fat problem is due to the execessive intake of the carbohydrate foods. So.please avoid intaking of rice foods. But you can take protein rich food(eg: Chappathi, fishes) and you must take the banana juices ,fruit juices(mixture of all the fruits) and minerals
and fibre products.
WALKING is an very very good exercise. Because, a walk for a hour reduces the 3calories of energy, to compensate the energy loss the brain orders the fat to melt. So please find time to walk.
All these i followed. I wont undergo any proper diet timings.

stop eating all those kinds of food. not only do they make you fat, they are so unhealthy. you can start changing your diet with eating a bowl of bran cereal with non-fat or skim milk in the morning because diary can help you burn fat. thus, speeding up your weight losing process. you can follow that by eating a large lunch because, by eating a larger lunch, most people will eat a smaller dinner. you can eat whatever you want for dinner, just as long as you eat a small portion.
your main concern is caloric intake, but if your stomach is your problem area, you might want to try the big lunch small dinner thing because people are most active during the day.
the word "diet" has been stretched so far out of proportion these past couple of decades. "diet" means nothing more than the type of food you eat. since you are used to eating junk food, you might want to gradually reduce your junk food intake, rather than going cold turkey.
also, it is considered safe to lose about 1 to 2 pounds a week. anything quicker than that needs professional consultation.

ADJUST YOUR LIFESTYLE
Alot of the foods you shouldn't be eating are triggered by the way you live. Don't just change what you eat, but also change your day-to-day. Go for walks, get away from activities that involve a lot of sitting. Use the computer as a tool to find information and read your email. Use the TV for a movie night. Read more, exercise your mind as well as your body. It's a lot to change, I know but the differences in the way you feel and look at yourself and everything around you feels amazing.

Right amount of exercises and diet will keep you fit and healthy.
I would advise you to learn and practise yoga religiously, while you maintain a balanced diet. Eat only to satisfy your hunger. Try to eat vegetable and fruits, more than carbohydrates foods. The less cooked, the better for you.

overlook weight-reduction plan I devour like a horse and that i in easy terms weigh 9 stone. that's what works for me: devour generally, if conceivable each and every 3 hours, while your physique realises that it quite is getting a widely used furnish of food it will strengthen it quite is metabolism, burning energy speedier and is far less in all likelihood to keep energy as fat. while ingesting attempt to devour distinctive intense protein meals and don't pass too demanding on the carbs. attempt pass undemanding on trans and saturated fat whether you're allowed the ordinary take care of. Drink distinctive water! a minimum of one gallon in line with day. Tea, espresso and fizzy beverages are o.ok.yet they don' count huge style in the direction of your average water intake. As for exercising I do some easy weight training 4 days a week and cardiovascular (i exploit a rowing device) 2 days a week with one days relax. there's a easy perception that doing cardiovascular exercising on an empty abdomen facilitates burn energy. it rather is absolute rubbish do no longer do it. Weight training is a stable theory as muscle tissues burns distinctive capability, even jointly as you sleep. you do no longer might desire to grow to be Mr/Mrs universe yet any fat tissue which you will convert to muscle tissues won't in easy terms make you seem greater ideal yet strengthen your metabolism. Getting a lot of sleep is likewise significant while attempting to construct muscle. stable success
