Ok, heres the deal, Im 21 and dont drink, dont smoke, or do drugs, i dont have any friends, but i want to have a girlfriend, any advise?

You need to find out where the young women are that you would like to get to know - and go there. Sounds corny, but you can meet people at the grocery store (watch what they put in their cart and you can learn a lot), at a local college (take some classes in things that interest you and you have an immediate common interest to get a conversation going), at a local coffeehouse, etc.
Stay yourself!

It may sound corny, but internet dating sites can get you out there and on your way to finding a nice girlfriend, even if you don't find one there. Just the process of finding possible dates can help you polish your communication skills and boost your confidence. Ask a friend or family member, preferably female, to take some pictures of you then ask a few female friends or family members to pick the 3 they like the best. Try a few free sites and have fun. Don't get too riled up too soon when you meet a woman you like. Desperation is palpable so breath deep and just enjoy the discussions and dates for what they are. Don't expect more and you're date will relax more.
Also, go to places where you can be around people more. Try joining a local sports team or ceramics class. Find places where you can have fun with others without the pressure being all on you. And don't forget to smile!

Perhaps the fact that you don't smoke, don't drink, and don't do drugs puts you at a disadvantage when it comes to finding an available woman.
If you don't go to smoke-filled bars and alcohol swishing night clubs, then you don't get to meet women who make themselves available and are easy to make friends with.
In all the proper places, like the library and the church, women are usually suspicious of strangers who have love on their minds instead of books and religion. And making friends with these women is difficult indeed.
