I live with my boyfriend for about a year and a half its ben now, but he never cleans the house. At first I didn't mind but sometimes I couldn't keep up with the chores and he would comment on it. It really hurts my feelings. I never really say anything to him because I don't know am I supposed to do all the chores? He works alot but so do I. I pay alot of bills and I pay for food and groceries so its not like Iam home all day while he is working but the reason I never really argue with him about it is because he makes way more money than I do so tell me someone am I supposed to be the one that does all the chores? Help!

Your boyfriend sounds even more like a selfish slob. After reading both of your questions I would ask him to leave! You could do sooooo much better.

Tell him to get off his *** and help do some chores it is his house too and should care for it as much as you do you are not his slave and he must realize that now he may have had a mom that picked up after him all the time tell him this ain't home and I ain't your mom. I work, I pay bills and I clean and needs to help out so your not kept doing everything also hint that doing all the house work leaves you no energy or time to play in the bedroom
that should get him moving his lazy ***.

No you should not do all the chores, he's a grown *** man, he should pick up after himself. And besides it's not like he's taking care of you, otherwise you would'nt have to work. Your just as tired as he is when you come home, you should'nt be verbally abused for it. You live there together, you should both be responsible for the chores, it's not a one sided thing.

just because you are a woman does not mean you have to do all the chores. he can meet you half ways and help out. guys are so pig headed and don't think about anyone but themselves. trust me i am married. it doesn't matter if you are at home all day anyways, cause i am a stay at home mom and people think that it's not work at all, but trust me it is. so quit feeling guilty and stick up for yourself. if he loves you he will agree.
